EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
HOW TO RETURN
To make a return, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the email confirming the delivery of your order.
You can return your items as long as the following conditions are respected:
1. Garments must be in perfect condition and accompanied by their corresponding receipt. We will not accept the return of garments that have been used, washed or have no inside label.
2. Items cannot be exchanged or returned without the complete originalpackaging and/or seal.
3. Perfumery products that are not wrapped or sealed cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
4. Earphones, headphones, and body care and hygiene products cannot be exchanged or returned for health reasons.
5. Underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned without their original hygiene sticker and/or seal.
6. Products in packs are indivisible and cannot be returned partially or individually.
7. We do not accept exchanges or returns of garments altered at the customer's request or items purchased in another market.
After the return has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the amount will be refunded to you using the same payment method that you used to complete your purchase and within a maximum period of 15 business days.

You have two options to return your items!
LEFTIES STORE - FREE OF CHARGE
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the email confirming the delivery of your order to make a return.

Returns made in a physical store are free of charge and you can return your order to any Lefties store in the same market where you made your purchase.
For in-store returns, you do not need to make a return request via the WEBSITE/ APP. You will only have to bring the items you want to return along with the purchase receipt, which you can show on your mobile or have it printed out. Screenshots will not be accepted.

To get the purchase receipt, log in with your username and password in the My Account - My purchases section. You will also receive the receipt by email once your order is dispatched.

For store IPOD purchases, we will send you a link by SMS to track your order and download your electronic receipt.

If you are not able to go to the store, a person of your choice will be able to do it for you, as long as they have the purchase receipt.
DROP OFF RETURNS - FREE OF CHARGE
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the email confirming the delivery of your order to make a return at a drop point.
Drop point returns are only available for online purchases. It is not valid for items that have been purchased in our physical stores, or purchased through the store IPOD, if you want to make a return, you must go to one of our stores.
To make a return at a drop point, you just have to log in with your username and password and follow the steps indicated in My account - My Purchases/ Order details. If you wish to return items from several orders, you will need to request the returns label for each one of them. It is not possible to return the items from several orders in o single package.
Once you have made the request, your will receive an email with a barcode that you can print and stick on the parcel, or if you prefer, show on your mobile the barcode that appears on the label received in your email without the need to print. By providing the barcode, you won't have to write a delivery address on your package.

RETURNING A PRODUCT PURCHASED AT LEFTIES.COM WITH A GIFT CARD
For returns of purchases paid for with a gift card at Lefties.com, you will receive a virtual copy of that card, with the updated card balance, along with the return confirmation email.
This card can be used online or in any Inditex Group store: Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Lefties, Stradivarius, Oysho and Zara Home.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
Items purchased at LEFTIES.com cannot be exchanged for a different size or colour at one of our Lefties physical stores.

If you want to exchange your purchase for a different item, you must return it and complete a new order online.

Remember that you have 30 days from the date on which you receive the email confirming the delivery of your order to make a return.
