EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
HOW TO RETURN
You have 30 days to make a return from the date you receive the delivery confirmation email.
You can return your items as long as the following conditions are met:
1. The garments must be in perfect condition and accompanied by the corresponding receipt. Items that have already been worn, washed, or without their inside label cannot be returned.
2. Items cannot be exchanged or returned without the complete originalpackaging and/or seal.
3. Perfumery products that are not wrapped or sealed cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
4. Earphones, headphones, and body care and hygiene products cannot be exchanged or returned for health reasons.
5. Underwear and swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned without their original hygiene sticker and/or seal.
6. Products in "PACK" format are indivisible and cannot be returned partially or individually.
7. Exchanges or returns are not permitted in the case of garments that are modified/customised at the request of the customer, nor items purchased in another market.
After the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the amount will be credited by the same payment method used to make the purchase, within 15 business days.

RETURNS ON THE MAINLAND
We offer two options for returning your items!
LEFTIES STORE - FREE
You have 30 days to make the return from the date you receive the delivery confirmation email.
Returns made in physical stores are free of charge. You can return your orders to any Lefties stores in the same country where you made your purchase.
For in-store returns, you do not need to place an order on the website/App. Just present the items you want to return along with the purchase receipt, which you can carry on your mobile or print out. Screenshots are not valid.
To get your purchase receipt, log in with your username and password in the My Account - My Purchases section. You will also receive the receipt by email after the order is shipped.
For iPod purchases in the store we will send a link by SMS to access the order tracking and download your electronic receipt.
RETURN DELIVERY POINT - €1.99
If you are unable to go to the store, you may designate another person to do it for you, as long as they have the purchase receipt.
You have 30 days to return it to a delivery point from the date you receive the order confirmation email.
The option of returning to a delivery point is only available for online purchases. It is not valid for items that have been purchased in our physical stores. If you wish to make a return, you must go to one of our stores.
To make a return at a delivery point, simply log in with your username and password and follow the steps in the My Account - My Purchases/Order Detail section. If you want to return items included in multiple orders, you must request a return label for each one. Items from different orders cannot be returned in a single package.
Once the order is placed, you will receive an e-mail with a label that you should print and affix to the outside of the package to be returned. As we provide you with the label, you do not need to write any shipping address on your order.
Delivery point returns have a cost of €1.99, which will be deducted from the total amount of the return. To see the available drop points click

RETURNS IN MADEIRA

RETURNS IN THE AZORES
Because Lefties does not have a store in the Azores, follow these steps to return items purchased online:
1. Print the purchase receipt showing the items to be returned. You will find the receipt attached to your order tracking emails.
2. Pack the items to be returned in the original packaging or similar, including the printed receipt.
3. Send the package to the following address:

4. When the return is received at the indicated address, a refund will be issued and you will receive an email confirming the return.
You will see the amount in your account within 15 days from the day the package arrives at the destination address.
The cost of the return is paid by the customer.
RETURNING A PRODUCT PURCHASED ON LEFTIES.COM WITH A GIFT CARD
For returns of purchases paid for with a gift card at Lefties.com, you will receive a virtual copy of that card, with the updated card balance, along with the return confirmation email.
This card can be used online or in any Inditex group store: Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Lefties, Stradivarius, Oysho and in Zara Home stores.
HOW TO EXCHANGE
Items purchased on LEFTIES.com can only be exchanged for another size or colour at one of our Lefties stores, as long as they are in perfect condition, we have stock in the store and the price remains the same.
If you wish to exchange your purchase for a different item, you must return it and place a new order online.
Don’t forget that you have 30 days from the date you receive the delivery confirmation email to exchange your order.
