4. Select your size and add the items you want in to your basket. View all your items in the shopping basket and always modify or remove the number of units in your order before finalising the purchase.

5. When you have finished adding items, select the "Process order” option.

6. Choose a delivery method, you have several options that you can find in the Delivery section, under Help section. Choose the one that best suits your needs!

7. In order to complete your order, choose the payment method. We offer several options that you will see in the Payment Help section.

Items purchased at Lefties.com can be exchanged for a different size or colour at any of our Lefties stores, as long as they’re in perfect condition, we have stock available in the store, it’s the same price and they are from the same market where the purchase was made.

In exceptional circumstances, if your garment arrives with a defect, contact our Customer Service department.

You have 30 days from the date you receive your email confirming the delivery of your order to make an exchange or return your purchase on Lefties.com.

Our stores have IPOD mobile devices that can be used to buy items online. Ask for more information from our staff and they will help you to use this method of purchasing.

For the delivery of your IPOD order, you can use any of the available delivery methods, including delivery to the store where you are, and complete the payment at the store till.

By completing the payment at the store till, you can return your items at any Lefties store in the same market where you made your purchase.
