E-TICKET
PURCHASES IN STORE
All your receipts from purchases in a physical store, now in electronic format!
At Lefties, the e-receipt is a way of minimising our impact on the environment and reducing paper consumption.
1. To get your e-ticket go to Lefties from the app, go to My account and show your Lefties QR code when paying at the till, this is how you’ll get the receipt from an in-store purchase directly on your app.
2. You can check your receipts at any time, in My account > My purchases > Store.
3. To make an exchange or return of your in-store purchase, show the e-ticket on the screen of your mobile phone. You’ll find it in My account > My purchases > Store.
4. Always make sure you get the e-ticket before you leave the store. If you don’t receive it at the time, the store staff will be able to help you.

ONLINE PURCHASES
1. You’ll receive an electronic receipt for all your orders purchased online. You’ll find it attached to the emails received following up on your order.
2. All your electronic receipts from your online purchase will be available in your customer account on the website and in the app. Go to: My account > My purchases > Online.
3. To make an in-store exchange or return with your electronic receipt, show the electronic receipt on your mobile screen. You’ll find it in My account > My purchases > Online.
4. To return your purchase at a drop point simply select the items you wish to return from My account> My purchases> select the order to be returned > return > return to a drop point.
